Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the following regions: US, Canada, Australia & Hong Kong. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Free shipping is applicable for orders exceeding $150 USD.

LANG is not responsible for any packages that become lost once delivery has been completed.
We accept payment through all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay.
 
Return Policy
We accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. 
The return window for a refund to the original payment method is 14 days from the date of purchase. Any returns requested for orders after this period will not be accepted. Final Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. All swimwear is considered Final Sale and are non-refundable.
All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred and will be refunded in the currency used at the time of purchase.
Customers are expected to pay for all shipping costs during the return process. 
LANG reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@langstore.co to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return. 
LANG will not accept any returns without written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
