Exclusive Hot Girl Therapy Pop Up Workshop curated by Taboocha
Learn about the different plants and trees in HK, go on a leaf collection tour and create your own DIY hand-printed furoshiki with local artist Kay Wong applying natural dyeing techniques with natural pigments from local plants and flowers.

Size and material of fabric for print:
60cm x 60 cm, 100% linen
Content:
-basic knowledge of the chosen local plants
-learn the basics about how plants can be printed on fabric
-preparation and mordanting of fabric
-process of fixing plant tannins on fabric through steaming
-how to take care of the fabric afterwards
You will work with:
-scoured and pre-mordanted fabric
-a range of 10-15 local plant types to work on your design with
-barrier material, dowel, water blanket, and strings to wrap
-steam pot
*If you want to come with your kid, this price includes him/her!
Preferred age: 8 and above.
**There will be a lunch or tea break during the 4 hour class, whilst you wait for the bundles to steam, you can either bring your own lunch/snack or go out for a breather.
Also includes one “Hot Girl Drinks Kombucha” Taboocha!
