Ann Lee @presentlivinghk Hong Kong Permaculture & Sustainable Living Practitioner in Urban Space
Born and raised in urban Hong Kong Island, Ann Lee worked in the advertising & Inflight entertainment for decades, developing a sharp market acumen and storytelling capability. In 2020, deeply amazed after tasting freshly harvested local Hong Kong vegetables, she decided to dedicate the next 20 years of her career to a new calling to explore anything about Sustainability.
Committed to integrating Permaculture principles into commercial operations, Ann single-handedly runs an eco-friendly, sustainable grocery store "Present Living HK" (日常豊作) in Kowloon Bay . She personally sources fresh produce weekly from various local Hong Kong farms and engages with the public on social media through unedited, "raw and real" updates on crop conditions. Her Threads channel garners up to 1.5 million monthly views, successfully drawing widespread support from white-collar professionals and public figures, and establishing her as one of the most trusted bridges between local agriculture and urban consumers.
Ann holds a Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) and is a retail member of Ocean Park Hong Kong's "Eat Local Fresh" initiative. Beyond running a retail business, she is a respected educator who has been invited to host talks and workshops on sustainable living, green commerce, and eco-friendly menstrual care at Ocean Park, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Lingnan University, and various primary and secondary schools.
She firmly believes that sustainability is not a slogan, but an intentional way of living—one that examines everyday resources to build a good place to live.
Lisa @ Taboocha , the tiny brain behind the flavors and visuals of the brand, has an eye for quirky beautiful things, unconventional pairings and is an avid vegetable muncher. She will make sure your bouquet is one of a kind and irreplicable.
This workshop is hosted in HONG KONG.Â
